Historical Overview
Seeds of Love Inc. was founded in 2022 in response to the social work we had been carrying out in Venezuela since 2014 through Fundación Casa el Rey Jesús. This work began amid the country's profound economic and social crisis, which significantly affected the population's basic needs—especially in essential areas such as food security and education for children and youth.
In the face of this reality, a firm commitment was born: to plant hope and love in the lives of those who needed it most.
The first major step was the creation of a Children's Community Kitchen in the state of Miranda, where, thanks to the invaluable support of partners and volunteers, we were able to provide meals five days a week to approximately 200 children in vulnerable situations. This project marked the beginning of an ongoing mission grounded in solidarity and service.
In 2017, the organization expanded its reach with the opening of another Children's Community Kitchen in the state of Aragua, reaffirming its commitment to Venezuelan children and extending its impact to new communities affected by food insecurity.
As part of the mission to provide protection and opportunities for holistic development, in 2018 a Children's Home was established in the state of Miranda, serving youth ages 16 and older. This space offers a safe environment where their basic and educational needs are met.
Later, in 2021, a second Children's Home was opened in the state of Aragua, further strengthening the organization's comprehensive youth care program.
Today, after 11 years of uninterrupted service, Seeds of Love Inc. continues working for the heroes of tomorrow—planting values, education, and hope in the lives of Venezuelan children and youth, with the conviction that every action carried out with love helps build a better future.
